Meet Our Founder

Natalie Birnbaum, Esq. is a healthcare attorney and policy expert at the forefront of digital health innovation and reproductive healthcare access. As the founder of Repro Solutions PC, Natalie’s clients include startups, healthcare providers, telehealth platforms, and clinics.

Natalie’s practice specializes in the high-stakes regulatory landscape of healthcare transactions. Her expertise is critical in navigating complex compliance hurdles, including Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) prohibitions, Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law considerations, state privacy and HIPAA compliance, and the development of compliant PC/MSO models.

Parallel to her private practice, Natalie serves as the State Legal and Policy Director at RHITES, where she shapes the future of telehealth by advancing equitable policy frameworks. A recognized leader in the field, she successfully advocated for the passage of groundbreaking Shield Laws in New York and California.

Natalie began her career as an Am Law 100 litigator at Stroock, Stroock and Lavan, where she authored legislative policy and amicus briefs, including co-authoring a critical amicus brief on behalf of reproductive justice organizations in the Dobbs case at the Fifth Circuit. She is the Co-founder and President of the Sexual Health and Reproductive Rights Bar Association (SHRRBA) and co-chairs the New York City Bar Association’s Sex & Law Committee. Her insights have been featured in The New York Times, Vogue, NPR, and The Washington Post, and she frequently contributes to the American Health Law Association and Law360.
